Terms and Conditions
Payment: 50% prepayment before minimum 30 days before arrival, rest cost payment is needed at arrival.
Refundable damage deposit: 300€ is payable at arrival with cash or bank card charge.
Guest number: minimum 10, maximum 12-17 people.
Children discount: 0-2 years free, 2-12 years over minimum price 50% from extra bed price. Baby bed, bed linen, towels, high chair fee is 5€/day, prior reservation is required.
Pets: not allowed
Cleaning fee: 40-50€ (according to your booking, please check if cleaning fee is included in your price). Cleaning with bed-linen change on 7th day. Extra cleaning costs 5€/hour, please contact us.
Towels: Every guest gets one hand towel 30*50cm, and one large towel 100*150cm we change on 3rd or 4th day. If you need more towels, set price is 2€.
Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
If we have no guest before you in our Calendar, we offer early check-in for 10€/apartment, but we have several advertisements, where guests can book with a click, so we can guarantee early check-in only a day earlier. If we have guests before you, we have to clean the apartment until 4:00 pm, thank you for your understanding. If you would like to be sure in your early check-in, you have to book the previous night for minimum 100€ (depending on the season). We offer luggage save with prior arrangement, please get a contact with us.
Check-out: to 11:00 am.
If we have no guest after you in our Calendar, we offer late check-out for 10€/apartment, but we have several advertisements, where guests can book with a click, we can guarantee late check-out only a day earlier. If we are waiting our next guests, we have to clean the apartment from 11:00 am, thank you for your understanding. If you would like to be sure in your late check-out, you have to book the next night for minimum 100€ (depending on the season). We offer luggage save with prior arrangement, please get a contact with us.
Parking: normal car parking is possible for 12€/night, reservation is needed.
Location: Apartments are laying in condominiums, we have neighbors, after 10:00 pm loud noise is not allowed.
Free WiFi! Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, soft soap are included in the price. Electricity, gas, waste disposal, central heating, cable TV are also included. Please wash your dishes and put them back to their place. Collect the garbage selective, thank you. Welcome drink, coffee, tea, sugar, city map, TV channels are free!
